I wanted to provide a review based on several service experiences I have had over the course of more than two years on my Subaru Outback. I am always treated with respect and my concerns are addressed. When necessary I have been offered a loaner so I am not without a vehicle. This came in handy when parts were not in stock for a particular repair. If you are considering Yark Subaru for your service needs I feel you will be highly satisfied. I am picky about how my car run and sounds and they understand my need for the car to be running well and they value my time as part of the process. If there is ever a problem they make it right.

I had a wonderful experience at yark service dept. The person taking care of me was very kind. He did not act like I was bother. He did the thing I went in for, and it did not take him forever and a day. I was waiting in the lobby. He told what he found, what needed to be done. Very good service. I will not be going back to yark ..It was made clear that the warranty they give you with the car is a bill of goods and their only concern or out for them is if you bought a extended warranty.. with no discussion on what my issue was and if the warranty offered by Yark covered it.. the first word out of their mouth was " you did not buy the extended warranty" that said all I needed hear.
