After exchanging keys, signing a work agreement and info I waited for about an hour until I got an email video of my car inspection showing no additional problems. When I went to retrieve my car I was told of some preventative maintenance that could be performed on my next visit. When paying he took the time to wait for me to produce a $20.00 coupon. Always great service! Came in without an appointment in dire need of an oil change before leaving out of town and fit me into their booked morning. Have two vehicles that get routine services here without ever a problem. Video vehicle inspection sent while waiting is a nice added touch. Highly recommend.
