I had a great experience at Yark Ford purchasing my Maverick. My Sales Rep Jeff was attentive and knowledgeable. The finance manager Paige was excellent as well, she was quick and did not push anything extra on me. Could not have been happier with my overall experience.

Welp, they got me to buy a car 😂😂 so thats something On a real note though, they take great care of their clients and make sure you are satisfied with your car and your payments even long after you drive off the lot. They follow through on any issues that do come up, if you see anything wrong before you buy the car they make sure you agree it is fixed for you at no expense to you and on your schedule (per your contract). Highly trust them and was glad to be a customer here. Would buy from here again.

I scheduled an appointment for today and upon entrance, Zach greeted me. He was very professional and was able to have a service tech, Jim, see me right away. After leaving another Nissan dealership frustrated, my husband and I walked into Yark and was immediately impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Nick went out of his way to accommodate us, and Kevin and Kody made the process seamless. We will definitely make our first stop to the Yark family of vehicles when we are in the market in the future.

Overall my experience was good for the oil change. I was however shocked to find out you wanted $175 to change a headlight. I am no mechanic in any way but I was able to do this for 10 minutes of time and a $10 bulb. Also, I was shocked to find out that you wanted to charge me $75 to change an air filter. These prices are absolutely ridiculous and for those who cannot physically do these things on their own, I feel people are being taken advantage of.

Drove 2 hours one way because this dealership me and my son's dream car. My salesman Dan Dannenberger was awesome. Because of the long drive I repeatedly called Dan prior to coming to verify all my questions and concerns. Dan was always nice and spent the time with me on the phone. The car was is in the promised condition when I arrived. Mike in finance was also very nice and helpful. My experience was great, the car was great and looking forward to enjoying the car for years to come with my son. Thank you Dan and thank you Yark!

I had a “Check Engine” light come on with my Jeep. I took to Yark and spoke to Timothy. He immediately found a technician to look at my car and they immediately fixed the issue. Kudos to Timothy because is definitely an Excellent Customer Service Representative. He handled my issue quickly & efficiently. Thanks to Timothy, I was back on the road within an hour! Took a friend of mines car to Yark Mazda and have nothing but good things to say! This is the best car service center! All staff members are honest, friendly, and extremely helpful. Shout out to Kyle who has been more than helpful to me on several occasions. I drive almost an hour just to get my car serviced at this dealership because the staff and car service is so fantastic!

Kyle was awesome! He was very patient and explained everything in terms I could understand. I had been using a different dealership since I purchased my vehicle 7 years ago, I will now be bringing my business to Yark largely because of Kyle but I liked everything about the dealership!
