Drove 2 hours one way because this dealership me and my son's dream car. My salesman Dan Dannenberger was awesome. Because of the long drive I repeatedly called Dan prior to coming to verify all my questions and concerns. Dan was always nice and spent the time with me on the phone. The car was is in the promised condition when I arrived. Mike in finance was also very nice and helpful. I had a “Check Engine” light come on with my Jeep. I took to Yark and spoke to Timothy. He immediately found a technician to look at my car and they immediately fixed the issue. What an excellent service experience! We were ready for our 2-hour drive home to Michigan from Toledo on Friday after Thanksgiving. My Jeep Compass wouldn’t start, so our friends gave us a jump. The Jeep started but would only go 19 mph. We drove to Yark and they immediately performed a diagnostic check, fixed the issue within 40 minutes and we were on the road to go home! Friendly, helpful and reassuring on the phone and in the service department! Thank you all very much for your excellent service!

My person with whom I dealt with, was very informative as well as kind and easy to speak with. After the work was done in my car, I had left and returned to see was causing the issue. Craig immediately took care of my concerns, and helped to get me to the person I needed to get with!! Always great service! Came in without an appointment in dire need of an oil change before leaving out of town and fit me into their booked morning.
