Excellent customer service

Last week we were in for an oil change. It was the usual awesome treatment and quick service. I never used to take my oil changes to the dealer but the experience here makes it worth it. We have also purchased two used cars over the last 15 years from this location. Both cars were absolute keepers with no issues. Truth is we did get mistreated at a different dealer while shopping for the last used car we bought, but that's never happened here.

I was pleased at how efficient Yark Ford has been so far at handling my claim.

I received a coupon for an oil change and it said pickup and delivery was free. I thought I would try it. my car was picked up from my work and I received text notifications every step of the way. once my car arrived I received a call with another issue and Christina explained it thoroughly. I am so glad that i was able to not worry about my vehicle getting the correct care. I would definitely recommend Yark to everyone. Service amazing, communication outstanding.
