I recently purchased a Toyota Land Cruiser from this dealership and had a fantastic experience. Everyone was friendly, low pressure, and working with Tyler to purchase my car was exceptional. From our first conversation, he was clear, friendly, and straightforward—no pressure, just honest help. He provided transparent pricing, got everything in writing, and even ran financing in advance so that when I made the 1.5-hour drive, the process was smooth and efficient. Tyler went the whole mile—had the car hand-washed, quickly addressed a small stain on the hood, and took the time to walk through all the features on the test drive with me, and making sure everything was just right. After the sale, he made sure I was fully set up and comfortable before leaving the lot. If you’re buying a Toyota, I highly recommend asking for Tyler as he’s not only an expert on Land Cruisers, but incredibly knowledgeable about all Toyotas and an ambassador for the brand.

I was very impressed with how I was treated by the service advisor, Jami Fruth. She greeted everyone with a friendly smile, and she made everyone feel welcome. They also sent me a text video of my vehicle while being serviced, explaining what they they were doing and recommendations for things that my vehicle might need. I definitely rate my experience a 10 out of 10 and recommend your service.
